| | Ran some fast 100 meters at the track. The first one was 16.2. I felt like I had more in me, so I tried again. This one was 16.5. I decided to try one more time, with Jacob. I ended up with about 16.8. I reaaally should have stopped at one, or two, because I was sore for a couple of days afterwards. | | Add Comment |

| | Ran in Colorado. We drove there yesterday. It was only 8 hours! That was waaaaay better than the the 14 hour drive to Oregon in July!! :D

| | 2 in the morning with Joseph, Jacob, and Julia, before we left Colorado.
We flew home. It was pretty exciting!!
I added one with William, Julia, and Joseph, at home. Joseph and I were feeling feisty, so we decided to sprint the last 200m. It felt reaaally good!!!
