| | I broke my PR today in the mile. My time was 6:28. That is fourteen
seconds faster than my former PR. My quarters were, 1:38,1:38,1:38,
1:32. I jogged one mile before, and one after.

| | 4 miles today. I was pretty sore from my time trial yesterday!

| | I did the first 1.5 with Julia and the last 2.5 with my dad.

| | 2 miles with Joseph and Jacob, and then 1 more with Joseph and one on my own. |
| | Ran some fast 100 meters at the track. The first one was 16.2. I felt like I had more in me, so I tried again. This one was 16.5. I decided to try one more time, with Jacob. I ended up with about 16.8. I reaaally should have stopped at one, or two, because I was sore for a couple of days afterwards. |
| | I cut my distance a bit today. I picked up a cold at girls camp, and I'm still recovering. | |
| | Ran in Colorado. We drove there yesterday. It was only 8 hours! That was waaaaay better than the the 14 hour drive to Oregon in July!! :D

| | Ran in Colorado today. I was got soooooooo hot during the last mile that I took my shoes off and ran barefoot. :)

| | 2 in the morning with Joseph, Jacob, and Julia, before we left Colorado.
We flew home. It was pretty exciting!!
I added one with William, Julia, and Joseph, at home. Joseph and I were feeling feisty, so we decided to sprint the last 200m. It felt reaaally good!!!

| | Ran 4 with my dad. I was able to sprint up the hill at the end. My dad was having a hard time keeping up with me!!

| | I felt nauseous, and was still recovering from the race, so the run was a little bit slower today.

| | Today I broke my P.R. for the mile. My former one was 6:28. I beat it by 4 seconds.
I was hoping to break 6:20, so I will try again next week.
